Estoy realizando la tesis doctoral en el grupo "Genomica Funcional de la Progresion Tumoral", liderado por el Dr. Ignacio Varela. Mi tesis se centra en intentar descifrar las dianas moleculares del complejo SWI/SNF en diferentes tipos tumorales. Este complejo se encarga de modificar la estructura de la cromatina, permitiendo el acceso de diversos cofactores y factores de transcripcion y se han descrito alteraciones del mismo en aproximadamente el 25% de los tumores humanos.
