Multicriterial hierarchy design for enhancing business competitiveness

Abstract: The technological advance of the digitalization of companies gener-ates changes in the essential strategies of communication, in the form of corporate and technological governance, thus achieving greater business competitiveness. Modern management pursues business excellence even in environments of uncertainty and signif-icant complexity and goes through a rigorous Muliple Criteria Deci-sion Making (MCDM) process involving the definition of Attrib-utes, Subatributes and Alternatives. Thus, the pusuit of excellence and business competitiveness was treated in this work with the de-velopment of a peer to peer multicriteria hierarchical design using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.
