Universities and skills for employability: XIII International Congress on Theory of Education

Abstract: Abstract: Employability is a complex and polysemic concept including different types of skills. In this paper we analyze the role played by the university in its development, concluding that higher education should focus on empowering soft-skills which we understand to be the most valuable ones for the professional career of future graduates.
