Abstract: ABSTRACT. The present paper tries to analyze what are the limits of freedom of expression when the religious entities try to spread a message against homosexuality within the framework of their autonomy. Around Europe, there has been a lot of complaints against religious preachers because of these sermons, considering that its contain could be qualify as "hate speech" against LGTBi organizations.
