Objetivos del curso

To provide participants with: - A review of the core elements of advanced English grammar. - Knowledge about how to package information in English: sentence building, punctuation, grammar rules, linking markers, paragraphing, spelling and things to avoid. - Knowledge about how to use the different verb tenses in English. - Knowledge about how to report past events efficiently. - Knowledge about how to speculate and draw conclusions based on evidence in English: an appropriate use of modal verbs and conditionals. - Knowledge about the use of the Active and Passive voice. - Knowledge about the use of articles. - Knowledge about the use of pronouns and pronoun reference. - Knowledge about the use of infinitive, -ing, and past participle forms. - The opportunity to practise and improve their English grammar skills through the implementation of practical activities.

-Basic sentence structure, sentence building, sentence boundaries -Punctuation, paragraphing, linking markers, spelling -Verbs and auxiliaries -Verb tense system -Present verb tenses -Past verb tenses -Active and Passive voice -Modal auxiliaries -Subject-verb agreement -Articles -Pronoun and pronoun reference -Infinitive, -ing and past participle forms -Conditions and wishes -Practical activities
