Santander offers a wide variety of flats for rent in the private sector, while the availability of places in Colegios Mayores, whether public or private, is more limited. In general, the supply of accommodation is greater for the first semester/full academic year than for the second semester. It should also be taken into account that Santander is a tourist city in summer, so it is strongly recommended to book your accommodation
well in advance.
It is possible to choose among the following options:

Halls of Residence
Staying with a family
Students may live with a Spanish family, usually with full board (single room and three meals). The price may be approximately 36€ per day. If students follow a Spanish Language Course,
the Language Center helps looking for host families.
