Fluorescence emission analysis of photodynamic therapy photosensitizer as a monitoring biomarker

Abstract: Photodynamic Therapy is a selective optical tumor destruction technique with practically no secondary effects. Monitoring by fluorescence photosensitizer emission is essential for an adequate treatment dosimetry, which avoids recurrence.
